Utzon Center’s study visit to Cracow
The representatives of Utzon Center, director Lasse Andersson and head of the exhibition department Line Nørskov Eriksen, visited Cracow 12-13/11/2019. The International Cultural Centre (ICC) was the host of the visit, which purpose was to meet and talk about possibilities of cooperation on Polish-Danish cultural projects within the field of architecture, city-planning and sustainability.
The Danish guests had the opportuninty to also visit other leading cultural institutions in Cracow, and with outstanding architecture, like Cricoteka and the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology, as well as participated in the opening of an exhibition in the district of Nowa Huta.
Danish Cultural Institute was co-ordinator of the project.
The project has been financially supported by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Danish Ministry of Culture within the programme of cultural cooperation and dialogue between Denmark and Poland: Polen-Satsningen 2018-2020.
